Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to most regions globally. Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier or customs limitations.

How much is shipping?

Live rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight. We optimize for the lowest small‑parcel cost.

When will my order ship?

Most orders leave our Tokyo hub within a few business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (when available).

How long does delivery take?

Economy small‑packet services typically take 1–3 weeks; express options are faster. Timing varies by country and customs.

Will customs delay my package? Will I pay duties/taxes?

Customs processing can add time. Import VAT/duties may apply based on your local rules and are paid by the recipient.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes—most shipping methods include tracking. Tracking details are in your shipment email and in your account (if created at checkout).

Orders & Account
Can I change my address or cancel after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped, contact us ASAP with your order number. Once dispatched, changes aren't always possible.

My order is late or shows delivered but I can't find it—what should I do?

First, check with household members and your local post office/courier. If still missing, message us with your order number so we can investigate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and popular digital wallets through our secure Shopify checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Damages
What's your return policy?

Snack items are non‑returnable due to their perishable nature. For non‑food items, contact us within a short window after delivery and we'll review case by case. If anything arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

Good to Know
Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Add a gift message at checkout. Prices won't appear on the packing slip. Optional kawaii gift wrap is available on select items for a small fee.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Most small‑packet services can deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO, though transit times may be longer.

Can I request specific items for my box?

Curated boxes are pre‑selected. Feel free to reach out to us for a custom selection box.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes—email us with your business details and target quantities, and we'll prepare a quote.

How are fragile items packed?

Breakables are cushioned with bubble wrap or protective padding to withstand international transit.
